From Johannesburg illustration studio Negritude Republic here is their latest project inspired by political activist Stephen Biko.

This Illustration explores the visionary of the 21th century Diverse thinkers influenced by political and artistic movement of the same name Black- conscious — coined by the Bikonscious that examines the history, impact, and transmutations of Biko’s cultural movement

Stephen Bantu Biko (18 December 1946 – 12 September 1977) was an anti-apartheid activist in South Africa in the 1960s and 1970s. He founded the Black Consciousness Movement.
