Multidisciplinary artist, Temiloluwa Coker was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria and now resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Afritina Coker. His mix of vibrant colors and textures come from his upbringing in Nigeria as well as his love for the African Diaspora. His style focuses on evoking emotion through color, patterns and storytelling. He is an Adobe Creative Resident Alumni (2018-2019) and currently co-runs a creative studio, COKER STUDIO.

“I come from a very cultural background. I was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. My dad is Yoruba and my mom is Igara. Both cultures have vibrant colors, patterns, and different styles. I love these things about my culture and I wanted to bring into the work I do. I also love using black and white images to help make the colors stand out. I want to use color to bring focus to the subjects.”

In addition to his personal projects, Coker has also collaborated with a wide range of clients, including Apple, Google, The Oscars, Amazon, Footlocker, AT&T and many more, bringing his unique vision to commercial campaigns and creative endeavors. His work has been featured in galleries and exhibitions around the world, earning him acclaim and recognition within the global art community.

Despite his success, Coker remains grounded and committed to using his platform to uplift and inspire others. He actively shares his knowledge and expertise through workshops, tutorials, and mentorship programs, empowering aspiring artists to pursue their creative passions with confidence and purpose.
